We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Ass Savers gear; if your mudguard isn't the perfect fit for your bike, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused Ass Saver in its original packaging, ensuring the product is flat and protected to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse; please keep your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
